CareGiver360® provides a wealth of caregiving resources through its searchable online library. You can draw upon this valuable resource to supplement your personal experience to create a customized, comprehensive care guide.

• Create a Personal Care Guide for your loved one: The Personal Care Guide is a secure, online record of your loved one’s care, condition and personal preferences that you create and maintain. It provides the insight caregivers need to extend compassionate, outstanding care. You can create up to four Personal Care Guides if you have more than one person in your care.
• Share information with your care team: When changes occur in your loved one’s condition or treatment, you can communicate these adjustments to all providers securely and efficiently.
